If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Additional Return Guidelines
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached. If you ordered Onesie, or an item without an attached tag, please return it with the original packaging and satin bag.
If you are returning multiple orders, we prefer if you do so separately to avoid processing delays of up to 8 business days from the first refund issuance.
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been damaged, worn, or altered in any way

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
International and Local returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
- Return Process
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of your order date for a refund.
- Please go to Start & Track Returns & Exchanges Link, to start a return or exchange.
- We will take up to 2 days to review the request and revert if the request is accepted or rejected. Once the return or exchange is approved, we will notify you via email and you can track on the same link 'Start & Track Returns & Exchanges' Link
- You can choose your own logistics service provider and you have 7 days to drop it off at your local carrier, in which you will have the responsibility to track the product and provide tracking details and name of service provider to support@casaveve.com.
- Alternatively, you can choose Fedex for international shipping and for Domestic you can choose Fastway Couriers as our preferred service provider, in which you can choose to advise us if you wish for us to create a label for you. You have 2 days to notify us from approval which we will then take 2 days to create the label and share with you the details. Shipping Fee will be deducted from the total return.
Please include the original order packing slip in the return package.
You can send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice at your expense. Alternatively, you can choose Fastway for domestic and FedEx for International shipping. To start the process, please click 'start a return' at the bottom of the home page.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.- Refund Process
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Where returns are processed for store credit, a Casaveve gift card will be issued once your return order is in transit back to us, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
