Economy - Delivery in 4 to 7 Business Days via Fastway Couriers
Express - Order by Noon ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via Fastway Couriers.
Priority - Order by Noon ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days via Fastway Couriers
Please allow up to 2-4 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.
If shipping to a P.O. Box address, you must select Economy. Please note transit times will vary.
Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.
Economy - Delivery in 10 to 13 Business Days via FedEx.
Express - Order by Noon ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 7 to 8 Business Days via FedEx.
Priority - Order by Noon ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 3 - 5 Business Days via FedEx.

- Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
- Shipping Time: The estimated shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Generally, it takes approximately 2-3 days for domestic orders. International orders may take longer that is 5-7 days due to customs procedures and international shipping regulations.
- Shipment Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our website or the courier's tracking portal.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
- Failed Deliveries: In case of failed delivery attempts, our shipping partner will usually make multiple attempts or leave a notification for you to arrange a pickup from their local facility. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Communication will be provided via an email.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- International Shipping: For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
